Good solid helpful information that real people can apply. A real book for real people who want to understand how to keep themselves and their loved ones safer. Practical information that I feel I can actually apply to my own circumstances. I got a few books on this sort of subject, but this is the only one that doesn't have its head in the clouds, with principles normal people can apply, ninja training not a prerequisite to read this book!
